I normally seek recommendations, but I found T&C Screeding from a websearch and liked that they were local and the website was professional and informative. I was thinking of getting a second firm to quote as a matter of course, but following an initial call to Taylor I felt very confident that I would be fine with T&C and I wasn't wrong.
Taylor wasn't heavy sell, but listened to my requirements and gave input on different options. He was relaxed about with me exploring different possible self-levelling substrates for the floor and felt like a partner in eventually determing that a traditional cement screed was the best option.
Taylor organised to the job quickly and it was a pleasure having him and his team on site. The screeding finish seems excellent and I would thoroughly recommend T&C Screeding for any screeding works.
